Boat Techniques for Spring Chinook Salmon--these highly prized big and great eating fish swim right through Portland on their way up river, and are widely sought in boats.

You don’t need the biggest or fastest boat to catch them, but you do need to know how to rig up for them.

Class will include selection of the proper rods, reels, knots plug cutting herring rigging methods along with other baits , and where to fish.

Cooking and smoking recipes included!
